Hi, I’m Ashley!
I am a wife and mom of three children (two boys and one girl). I have been a corporate girl turned stay-at-home mom for the past nine years. I love being a mom but I miss me sometimes so I started this blog in 2019 as an attempt to find myself again in the midst of early motherhood. When the pandemic hit I took hiatus from this site to focus on raising our boys and welcoming our daughter into our family.
Now, I’m excited to be back creating a space to share my writing & poetry and down-to-earth lifestyle content. I consider this a little home for the things I love. If you enjoy these things, too, please stick around!

Oh, and where does the name A Family Inspired come from?
During a long car ride, Joel and I discussed our desire to lead a life driven by our inspirations. Motherhood and writing are two of my greatest joys, and so, A Family Inspired was born.
